We manage a 50,000 square foot climate controlled storage space in Brooklyn, NY with state-of-the-art security and a comprehensive inventory control system. Businesses can choose from short or long-term storage and warehousing of equipment, products and printed matter for future distribution or relocation.
We can pick-up products, supplies and printed materials and deliver them to our NYC storage facility, where they can then be unloaded, unpacked, catalogued, photographed, inventoried, re-packed, and warehoused until they are ready for distribution. In addition to storing equipment and products, we also offer secure document storage and retrieval. Documentation warehoused in our storage space NYC can be boxed, cataloged and inventoried and can also be scanned for electronic storage and retrieval purposes.

FAQ Frequently Asked Questions
The primary is market demand. Traditionally from Dec through April for imports, especially from Asia to the U.S., it is called the “slow season.” Because the retail market slows down after Christmas. However from mid January through early February there is an upsurge of cargo moving to beat the Chinese New Year deadline whereby factories all over China shut down for weeks. This usually keeps rates high as there is always space problems for cargo getting on vessels. From May through November this would be the “peak season” where there is a big demand for cargo moving into the U.S., so the Carriers raise the rates during this period, with the GRI (general rate increase), and PSS (peak season surcharge). Another factor is fuel, or what is called the Bunker Fuel factor. This is a floating surcharge that the Carrier’s can change when oil prices rise or fall. It is called the BAF.
Most freight payments are done with a Company check. However you can also pay with wire transfer or credit card (subject to administrative fee). We accept various means of easy payment which include Bank Wire, Westen Union Money Transfer and MoneyGram. Any other means of payment will be communicated to our customers.
All International shipping and moving companies must be licensed by the Federal Maritime Commission in order to handle your cargo or issue a BOL (Bill of Lading). Our Boston Based international moving service can meet and exceed all your expectations. We can help you package and ship your Household goods safely
We will provide you with the necessary paperwork for custom clearance, once custom is done, you can go to the warehouse to pick up the cargo. We also advise you to check with destination custom prior to shipment departs, just to make sure if there’s any special rule & regulation at destination for certain commodities
